Governor Launches Migori County Health Outreach Programme
The Governor launched a comprehensive health outreach programme targeting over 50,000 residents across all sub-counties.
Migori County Governor H.E. Ochillo-Ayacko today officially launched a county-wide health outreach programme that will target over 50,000 residents across all sub-counties. The programme, funded under the County Health Transformation Fund, will provide free medical check-ups, immunizations, and distribution of essential medicines.
Speaking during the launch in Migori Town, the Governor emphasized the county government's commitment to ensuring accessible and affordable healthcare for all residents. "Every citizen of Migori deserves quality healthcare regardless of their location or economic status," he said.
The outreach will run for six months and include mobile clinics, maternal health services, and community health education.
